Jeff Hower is owner and president of OGC. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and worked as a golf course superintendent for ten years. It is through this line of work that he first began using border collies as a means to control the geese population. It proved to be so successful that requests for the service at other locations kept surfacing. And this is what began Ohio Geese Control, LLC.
